In this role, you will be spearheading innovation and creative direction, engaging and maintaining an open dialogue with clients and stakeholders, and driving organizational success.
Responsibilities:
- Developing and executing business strategies to achieve short and long-term goals.
- Overseeing current and impending projects to ensure allocation of artistic resources.
- Reporting to the C-suite executives, providing market insights, and strategic advice.
- Developing and implementing business plans to improve cost-efficiency.
- Maintaining positive and trust-based relations with business partners, shareholders, and authorities.
- Overseeing the divisions business operations, financial performance, resource allocation, etc.
- Supervising, guiding, and delegating producers and creative leadership on their duties.
- Ensuring company policies and legal guidelines are clearly communicated.
Requirements:
- Extensive experience as a Managing Director, Executive Producer, Head of 3D Studio, or similar
- Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
- Proficient in Google suite, Shotgrid, with a firm understanding of the technical tools necessary to create.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent organizational and leadership skills.
