InfiniteWorld is seeking an experienced Full-Cycle Recruiter to join our fully virtual department and partner with our highly collaborative team of Recruiters and Talent Acquisition Sourcers.

While reporting directly to the Recruitment Manager, this individual will partner with the different hiring managers to understand their departmental hiring needs for technical and non-technical roles. This Recruiter will complete full-cycle recruiting from sourcing, phone screening, interviewing, testing, negotiating, and lastly hiring and onboarding. This individual thrives in an innovative, fast-paced environment, can roll up their sleeves, work hard, have fun, and get the job done.

This is a remote/telecommute position. The studio is 100% virtual and allows the applicant to work anywhere in the world!


Responsibilities:

    • Source potential candidates on different online platforms and maintain communication with them
    • Proactively build talent pipelines of candidates and technical roles
    • Manage the Applicant Tracking System
    • Review applications and parse specialized skills and qualifications
    • Review candidate portfolios and assess the quality of the work
    • Manage the online applicant testing process
    • Perform pre-screening calls to analyze applicants’ skills and capabilities
    • Schedule Interviews and lead interviews, while actively promoting InfiniteWorld's reputation
    • Work closely with hiring managers, build a relationship with them, and meet their departmental hiring needs
    • Recommend ideas and strategies related to recruitment that will contribute to the long-range growth of the company, implementing any new processes and fine-tuning standard processes for recruiting
    • Participate in special projects/recruiting initiatives, including assessment of best practices in interviewing techniques, leveraging of internal sources of talent, and identification of top performers.

    Requirements:

    • 2+ years of full-cycle recruitment experience
    • A Degree/Diploma in a related field
    • Self-sufficient and able to work with little direct supervision
    • Impeccable attention to detail and accuracy
    • Excellent candidate management skills
    • Working knowledge of MS Word and Excel
    • Ability to juggle multiple tasks and deadlines
    • Proficiency within LinkedIn Recruiter and full working knowledge of an Applicant Tracking System
    • Strong communication skills (both verbal and written)
    • Team-oriented, organized, and pro-active
    • Prior experience recruiting for technical roles is a plus
