We are looking for an experienced Associate Product Manager to participate in the creation of new products and features, working to oversee ideas from conception to launch. You should have consumer-facing product experience in areas of eCommerce, gaming, marketplaces, media, entertainment, or any combination of these.

You are a technically savvy professional who understands the role of technology and media in our business to achieve goals. Effective collaboration with team members and stakeholders is a necessity. The Associate Product Manager’s responsibilities will include gathering and prioritizing customer requirements, helping to define product vision, and working closely with stakeholders of Product, Strategy, Design, Engineering, and Marketing. This role will support key efforts and initiatives which delight users, fill gaps, and ensure revenue/sale transactions.

To be successful in this role, you should have previous experience in end-to-end consumer-facing product management. Our ideal candidates should have a technical background that can be synergized with a Business Administration or Marketing degree.


  • Help improve customer experience by seeking and suggesting product advancements.
  • Ensure quality of products by performing acceptance testing and QA on features, improvements, and products.
  • Deliver functional solutions by collaborating with developers and designers
  • Conduct research that will identify market holes and customer desires or needs.
  • Set timelines for implementation of new features, and prioritize.
  • Liaise with Strategy, Business, and Marketing stakeholders to ensure proper positioning, launch, and promotion of new products
  • Gather user data on performance after launch by monitoring and reporting
  • Create support and training documents for internal and external users
  • Analyze competition


  • Previous work experience as an Associate Product Manager, Product Marketing Manager or similar role
  • Website and mobile experience within eCommerce/gaming/marketplaces
  • Experience in managing the lifecycle of a product from end to end
  • Familiarity with market research, consumers’ behavior, and marketing techniques
  • Hands-on experience with web technologies
  • Working knowledge of project management tools, including Jira or Trello
  • Strong time management, collaboration, and communication skills
  • The ability to collaborate and communicate across multiple teams
  • BSc in Business Administration, Marketing or similar field
