Santa Barbara company is looking to hire a Senior Executive Assistant to the CEO.


We are looking for an experienced, meticulous, highly organized Executive Assistant who is able to provide exceptional administrative support to the CEO as well as stand in and speak on behalf of the CEO as needed. It is very important for this person to be able to maintain confidentiality, as there will be exposure to not only just business related information but also private/personal information.


Our ideal candidate can maintain accuracy in a fast paced environment where multitasking and reprioritizing is essential. Responsibilities in this position will include scheduling/calendaring, travel arrangements, reviewing and planning department budget and expenses, attending meetings/conferences and speaking on special projects as needed, as well as facilitating communication at all levels.


Qualifications:

  • BA/BS degree
  • 5-10 years' experience working in a direct support role to an Executive level individual
  • Excellent professional communication skills
  • Proficiency with MS Office Suite
  • Ability to research best practices and manage tasks with little to no supervision
