These are the three biggest qualities we are seeking in our Sales Support Specialist who will help streamline Customer Success operations across a fast-growing organization. Personal interest or professional experience in 3D, Virtual Production, AR/VR, and Digital Visualization will make this an exciting role for the right candidate.

In this role, you will come to the team equipped with knowledge and insight regarding best practices in sales and customer success. You will routinely collaborate with Customer Success Specialists, Managers, and the Departmental Lead to provide adequate operational support amongst the team.

This is a remote/telecommute position and requires the availability to work 8am-5pm on Pacific Standard Time to best serve our team and customers.


  • Providing support to Customer Success Manager and other team members
  • Creating bids/quotes, make and track revisions to bids as needed
  • Review and verify scope of the project, reference, and deliverables with the Sales or Customer Success Manager and Production
  • Organize reference from client into production folder for project kickoff
  • Help curate feedback from client to production as needed
  • Resolving challenges as they relate to sales, data management, communication, and collaboration across teams
  • Managing all organizational systems with pertinent customer information
  • Support workflow to ensure success handoffs from Sales to Customer Success to Production
  • Working in various channels to communicate and manage data
  • Monitor client status and support where needed
  • Communicating with the manager about sales performance and ways to improve it
  • Join sales calls to help identify areas that need sales support


  • Previous experience as a Sales Support Specialist/Associate
  • Familiar with Hubspot, Google Suite, Digital Asset Management/Project Management Platform i.e. ShotGrid
  • Working knowledge or emerging interest in 3D, Virtual Production, AR/VR, and Digital Visualization
  • Great with data management and a passion for improving workflows
  • Superb communication skills
  • Able to multitask and execute in a timely manner
  • Looking to grow but able to focus on the task at hand
